Jeevani International School

Admission Procedure

At Jeevani International School, we believe that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions for every family. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, supportive, and convenient for parents while ensuring that each child is placed in the right learning environment.

Step 1: Enquiry & School Tour

Parents are encouraged to begin by reaching out to our Admissions Office for information. You may also schedule a campus tour to explore our facilities, meet our educators, and understand the school ethos.

Step 2: Registration

  • Parents must fill out the Registration Form available online on the school website or at the school reception.

  • A non-refundable registration fee is payable at this stage.

  • Submission of the form does not guarantee admission; it reserves a seat for the entrance process.

Step 3: Entrance Assessment / Interaction

  • Pre-Nursery to Grade 2: Informal interaction with the child to assess readiness.

  • Grades 3 to 12: Written assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness, followed by an interview with the child and parents.

  • The purpose is to understand the child’s learning level and not merely test academic knowledge.

Step 4: Document Submission

Parents are required to submit the following documents:

  • Birth certificate (attested copy)

  • Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents

  • Previous school’s academic reports (last 2 years, if applicable)

  • Transfer Certificate (for students applying from Grade 2 onwards)

  • Address proof & ID proof of parents

Step 5: Confirmation of Admission

  • Selected candidates will receive an offer letter of admission.

  • Parents must confirm the seat by paying the admission fee and first installment of the annual fee within the stipulated time.

  • Failure to do so may result in the seat being offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

Step 6: Orientation & Welcome

Newly admitted students and parents are invited for an Orientation Session, where they are introduced to school values, academic programs, extracurricular activities, and code of conduct.

Important Notes

  • Admissions are granted on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability of seats.

  • Sibling preference and alumni preference are considered during selection.

  • The school reserves the right to admissions based on its policies and availability.
